Arii Sylvers
Program Associate
Arii Sylvers currently serves as a Program Manager for the Elite and Leadership cohorts. As Program Manager, she oversees programming for 8th and 9th-grade participants throughout the school year and in the summer. In Wyoming, Arii is also responsible for providing support and coaching to seasonal summer staff. Since joining City Kids in 2018 as a counselor, Arii has gained a well-rounded view of City Kids programming. Arii has served as an Afterschool Educator, JET Summer Staff, and a Weekend Trip Instructor. While minoring in secondary education at Howard University, she identified a passion for youth development that led to her connection and commitment to City Kids. Since then, she has been dedicated to broadening the horizons of youth of color through outdoor exploration and making the outdoors a more inclusive space for BIPOC. Arii enjoys camping, reading, and playing volleyball.
