Montae Franklin
Camp Director
Montae Franklin joined the City Kids community in 2004, progressing from a camper to a staff member and returning in various roles through the years. Before taking on the Camp Director position, he did branding work at FedEx and sat on the board of Horton’s Kids. Additionally, he was a member of the grantmaking team for the Horning Family Foundation, where grants were provided to support small non-profits in Ward 8. As a Southeast DC native, he is deeply passionate about giving back to the kids in our community and helping them build a better tomorrow. His guiding principle is having fun and embracing life to the fullest.
