Neha brings a wealth of experience and passion to her role as the Senior Manager of Development & Communications, having joined the City Kids team in March 2024. With a background in strategic nonprofit development, community engagement, and social work, Neha is committed to driving social impact and empowering youth. At City Kids, she is eager to leverage her expertise to engage donors and partners in the organization’s impactful mission.

Neha holds a Master of Social Work in Management & Policy from Rutgers University in her home state of New Jersey, complemented by her undergraduate studies in International Relations and Citizenship & Civic Engagement at Syracuse University.
