Rodney has dedicated much of his career to championing organizations whose mission is to support and develop youth to be thriving citizens of their community. Prior to joining City Kids, he worked as the Director of Washington DC’s largest safe-housing provider for over four years. Rodney completed his education at Morgan State University where he studied Telecommunications, and also holds a degree in TV/Radio Production from Delaware State. In his spare time he enjoys history, oceanography, and fishing.
