Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP) at City Kids

City Kids hosted 6 weeks, 25 hours a week, of virtual programming as part of the DC Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP). Programming workshops included outdoor adventure, spoken word, health and wellness, college and career readiness, and public lands / environmental justice topics. Participants earned a collective $11,500 for their participation and reported back that the program was enjoyable and improved their well-being each week.
